Service Description

Dr. Steve Hannon is a Home Office registered Prevent Duty Trainer. He will discuss: The Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015, Prevent and Channel as part of The Contest agenda, The Prevent Duty as a Safeguarding measure, Identifying the signs of vulnerability in children and/or young people toward extremism, terrorism and radicalisation, Preventing children and/or young people from being drawn into extremism, terrorism and radicalisation, Positive tools to meet the Prevent Duty requirements, e.g. Ofsted inspection and embedding British Values, This training session can be tailored to Pre-School, Primary, Secondary, Further and Higher Education institutions.
